1. Project Scope
“I deliver high-quality design work based on agreed requirements. All projects will have clearly defined deliverables and timelines before starting.”

2. Communication
“I respond to messages promptly and provide regular updates on project progress. Preferred communication channels are Guru messages, email, or WhatsApp.”

3. Revisions
“Each project includes 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be requested and may incur extra charges.”

4. Payment Terms
“Payment is required through Guru’s secure platform. For one-time projects, 50% upfront and 50% upon completion is preferred. For long-term or dedicated work, weekly or monthly payments can be arranged.”

5. Timeline & Deadlines
“I provide estimated timelines for each project and strive to deliver work on or before the agreed deadline.”

6. Intellectual Property
“Upon full payment, all work created for the client will be transferred to them with full usage rights.”
